Step 1: Download Application Instructions and Checklist. Download Application and complete all fields. Save your application often to ensure your information is not lost. Print two copies, one to mail in to the school, and one for your records.

Step 2: Download the recommendation form and give to your references to complete.

Step 3: Write a check for your $75 application fee. Please note that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Make your check payable to "Abington Memorial Hospital Dixon School of Nursing"

Step 4: Mail your application and check to the address below:

An acceptance fee is required after notification of acceptance in order to reserve a place in the class.

If so, to ensure your application is not returned, please look for the following information which will update you to the most current version of our application. The application fee changed as of 7/1/2008 and is $75.00 (located on page one of application). Questions #14 and 15 (located on page four) were updated in the summer of 2008.
