Served as Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Association of Vision
Science Librarians and edited the Standards for Vision Science Librarians,
which were published in the Journal of Medical Library Association in

Nursing Education As A
Career
She published articles in Geriatric Nursing, National Network and Cambridge
Quarterly of Healthcare Ethics. She edited newsletter for Nursing and
Allied Health Resources Section of the Medical Library Association (1983
– 1986.) She presented a paper at the 1988 Annual Meeting of the
Medical Library Association comparing CINAHL and the International Nursing
Index. She will be presenting a paper on coverage of eye disease in
nursing literature at the 2006 annual meeting of the Association of
Vision Science Librarians.
